For non-defective returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping fees aren't refunded. If you receive a wrong or defective item, let us know within 5 business days with photos/videos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, covering return shipping.
